If you have a head of curly locks, don’t be tempted to blow them straight and pull them into a prim and proper updo. In the spring and summer, it’s all about being natural and that goes for your wedding too.

Whether you wedding is at the beach or in a church, it’s definitely alright to let your waves flow. Don’t be afraid to leave your hair carefree and a little bit messy.
For long hair (past shoulder length), make a center part and let your curls down. For a garden, beach or other outdoor wedding, add flowers in your curly bridal hair style, for a 70s-inspired ‘do.
Medium length hair can be pulled into a messy updo and spritz with styling. If you have bangs, make them sideswept. A half-up, half-down look is also great for medium to shoulder length hair.
For short, curly hair, use pomade to give your hair some texture and lift at the top. Then add a veil that sits at the back of the head, rather than on the crown.
Though a perfect-coifed bun is definitely pretty, it’s not for everyone. So embrace your curls on your wedding day.
