Spring and Summer Wedding Flowers

In the spring and summertime, you have a wide variety of different flowers to choose from for your wedding. Some of the most fragrant types of flowers are available during these warm seasons.

When selecting your seasonal wedding flowers, don’t just think about roses or hydrangeas. Consider fragrant varieties such as gardenia, lilac, hyacinth and freesia too. When creating centerpieces, include blooming branches from cherry, peach and other fruit trees. These branches offer a dramatic presentation that is unique and beautiful.  They will truly making a statement at your wedding reception.

Many couples are hosting black and white weddings. These affairs are formal and elegant. If you are looking for pure white flowers for your wedding, consider French tulips, Casablanca lilies and peony. Other popular and beautiful flowers that are available from now through June/July include star gazer lily, gladiola, English lavender, love in the mist, tuberose, delphinium and sunflower.
